ASTRID - Astrid Ferguson is a certified life and business coach, author and poet specializing in helping people navigate through unclear transitions by abolishing internal blocks so they can take control of their work/life balance and get back to having fun. She has written two anthologies Molt and The Serpents Rattle and has a podcast with her sister Alexandra Hodge called Call Your Sister Podcast. 

ALEX - Alexandra Hodge is a single mom working in the non-profit sector. Together they established a podcast that centers conversations among related and unrelated sisters on topics of motherhood, sisterhood, Latinidad, feminism and sexuality. Their desire is to create a community where women uplift and support each other in all facets of womanhood.
