The Jazz only made one minor move at the trade deadline, but other Western Conference contenders made some moves that might shake up the standings. The Clippers picked up Rajon Rondo, The Nuggets picked up both Aaron Gordon and Javale McGee, and the Trail Blazers picked up Norman Powell. This made an already competitive Western Conference even scarier. How will the Jazz hold up through the season and the playoffs? We think they'll do just fine, but the path just got more difficult. Utah Jazz vs Chicago Bulls Postgame Analysis
The Utah Jazz have been in a slump since right before the All-star break. Here are some of the issues we've been seeing and how the Jazz will be able to fix these issues. The Jazz have been a poor defensive team when it comes to transition situations. The Jazz prefer to run a fast-paced offense but when they slow down they are able to find really good shots as well. So if they are getting beat in transition they will be able to slow down the game and be more methodical on offense to take control of the game and pace. We also discussed Bojan's shooting slump and how the Jazz should approach it whether they should give Bojan more shooting opportunities until he starts shooting well again or if they should give Joe Ingles more minutes until Bojan starts shooting better. Another possibility is to fit Rudy Gobert into the offense more and to let him try to create his own offense which could prove to be an efficient way to win basketball games if he learns a few new post moves. #UtahJazz #GoJazz #TakeNote

The Utah Jazz took two steps back against the Washington Wizards after taking a step forward earlier this week with a win over the Boston Celtics.
Just your typical postgame analysis for the Jazz vs Celtics game. The Jazz won even though they made 10 less field goals and shot 18 fewer shots than the Celtics. The Jazz were able to pull out the victory by making 9 more threes than Boston and shooting 20 more free throws. Crazy game but a great win by the Jazz.
With the All-star break behind us, what is in store for the Jazz during the second half of the season? The Jazz still hold the top seed in the western conference but there are three or four teams that are fighting for that top seed. The Jazz have made a move to improve their team by signing Ersan Ilyasova. Who opens up more offensive and defensive opportunities for the Jazz and may help the Jazz rest Rudy Gobert and Bojan in blow-out wins. The Jazz may be looking to make another move or two to sure up their roster and maybe looking to sign a big-name player if they get bought out. The Jazz also have a tough road trip coming up. Not necessarily because of the difficulty of the games they'll play but because of the distance, they have to travel. They'll travel to San Francisco to play the Warriors, then Boston for the Celtics game, Then off to Washington D.C. to play the wizards, then to Tampa Bay to play the Raptors, then to Chicago for the Bulls, and finally, they come back to Utah to play the Nets, That's a lot of traveling for a week and a half. Let us know if you think the Jazz should make any moves midseason and which moves you think would be beneficial for them. Also, sorry for missing the live stream after the Houston game. I just got back from visiting family in Florida Thursday night so I fell asleep even before the game was over. Let us know what social media channels you would like to see us spend more time on.
