Everyone worries. But how much do you let those worries control your life? We had to be on the look out for danger in our caveman days, because there were so many dangers.

That vigilance however, became worry. When we no longer needed to look around every corner, our brain had gotten used to that fact. With no more dangers, it began to create them. Worry was created. Today I talk about how much you worry
