The New Birth was to be composed of both water from below and the Holy Spirit from above. Every man must have both. One from heaven the other from earth. One of his body, the other of his soul. And when the Apostle Peter says that in time past were not a people but are now the people of God. How did this happen. Just what does God have in store for us? Or what will our end state be?
