California Highway Patrol is now reporting that a metal shrapnel damaged a patrol car during Vice President JD Vance's visit to Camp Pendleton over the weekend. Today the San Diego City Council will vote on a plan to further limit cooperation with ICE. It's back to work for thousands of Kaiser Healthcare workers after a five-day strike.
