Can a shock collar hurt humans?  You betcha.  Brian and Pat put it to the test.  Pat tries to guess #1 hits on his birthday in a given year.  If he doesn't know the right answer, we zap the ever-loving crap out of him with a shock collar. 

We're sending Pat somewhere random in the country on a $500 max budget.  We also somehow find time to make fun of Brian's not good radio demo.
