Can Porn and Contraception be Outlawed?

Tim discusses the single, evil constitutional invention which disallows American States from outlawing contraception, pornography, abortion, sodomy, and ghey marriage: the 14th Amendment.  He also discusses the fact that the original (pre-14th) Constitution allows and encourages States to make such evils illegal (as it allows and encourages States to have an established sect of Christianity)
