On this episode of Sooner State of Mind, we try to restore stoke to an appropriate level. One last home game for the Sooners and unfortunately the opponent is Jalen Milroe and the #7 Alabama Crimson Tide. The Tide are in their first season post Saban but to this point, it still looks very similar to Saban era football. The Tide are trying to secure their spot in the 12-team playoff and possibly the SEC Championship. the Sooners are just trying to become bowl-eligible. A handful of Sooner seniors will be taking the field at the Palace for the very last time. The Sooners need to do everything in their power to send those seniors off the field with a win. That list includes Danny Stutsman who just entered the top 10 in most tackles in Oklahoma Sooners history, but we know he would give up his place on that list for one more win at home. We also sniff around OU's hunt for a new offensive coordinator as well as preview some of the best games from the upcoming week.
