As a financial planner, Gary approached retirement planning from the financial perspective.  However, he often found that many of his clients were unable to tell him what they wanted to do with their lives in retirement.  He believes that, as a trusted advisor, your financial advisor should want to help you figure out how to make your retirement all you want it to be and be the best time of your life. To do so requires thinking about retirement from as many different perspectives as you can so that you are able to uncover the potential retirement is offering. Make Retiring Easy lays out a system for looking at retirement from 30 different perspectives. Gary was an Investment and Retirement Planner with RBC Wealth Management. In April 2013, Gary left the financial services industry to create his second act – Aspire Personal Achievement Inc.
