Don also shares his thoughts on the challenges faced by Canadian players in a US dominated system.
    In the second half of the episode Don gives provides a detailed overview of the Ottawa Nepean Canadians program that he coaches. Don shares the genesis of the program, how they provide their players exposure and what makes the program different.
