Scott - Polish Government launches guide on how to survive Russian invasion, with tips including how to prepare for war and what to do if hostilities break out.  It contains lots of the things we all think about; food, water, first aid, but sadly also contains topics like what to do if you’re living in an invaded area, how to interact with foreign troops, what to do if you’ve been taken captive.  The 36 page pdf guide is in Polish, but the linked article translates & summarizes sections of the text.
