Sonja started her interior design career in 1989 working in varied roles within the building and design industry. In 1999 Sonja started her own interior design business called Archertec Interiors.

For over 20 years she has managed the business leading her design team to complete many successful and award winning projects from commercial interior design and workplace design to multi-unit residential developments, hospitality, retail fit-outs and high end residential design.

Between 2014 -15 Sonja joined Cox Architecture to take on a business development and design management role within the interiors team. As an Interiors Lead and design professional in the industry Sonja was responsible for overseeing and mentoring the interiors team as well as maintaining and building strong relationships with the clientele of Cox Architecture.

Sonja has won multiple industry design awards from industry organisations such as HIA, MBA and APPA since 2002. In 2007 Sonja was awarded a Fellowship with the Design Institute of Australia and in 2009 won Professional Consultant of the Year at the Master Builders & Boral Awards.

A recognised and respected identity in the ACT commercial property industry, Nathan Dunn, Director of Belle Property Retail Canberra, went from being a trainee in sales and leasing to establishing a Belle Property Commercial franchise in nine short years. Proving to be a leader in his field, Nathan's sheer determination and exceptional skill-base enables him to deliver a service unlike any other in Canberra's commercial market.

Before joining Belle Property, Nathan's keen interest in the dynamic property industry led him to join Barton Molloy, a boutique commercial property firm, this is where he started out as a trainee sales and leasing executive in 2010. From there, JLL gave the national and international exposure required to grow his network.

In 2016 Nathan was promoted to Manager, the youngest holder of the title in the firm nationally. In September 2016 Nathan joined RetPro, a boutique retail-focused team insistent on providing quality management/leasing strategies for key clients. His focus turned to the leasing of major retail assets around the ACT, namely Canberra Outlet Centre, South.Point Shopping Centre, and Myer Centrepoint in regional NSW.

To date having leased almost 50,000sqm of commercial and retail space, Nathan is passionate about helping his clients achieve superior results. With exposure to all asset classes, Nathan's focus is now on building Belle Property Retail Canberra as the market-leading retail agency in the ACT.

Republic is one of 13 projects currently under Damon's authority, and in 2013 alone, Damon's team poured more than 22 Olympic swimming pools of concrete, shifted 380,000 tonnes of dirt, and laid 720km of electrical cabling over more than 210,000-man hours.
