Everyone was trying to cash in on the MIGHTY MORPHIN' POWER RANGERS boom in the late 1990s, and one of the weirdest imitators was VAN-PIRES, a live-action/CGI hybrid about human teenagers who turn into vampire cars to fight other vampire cars and make terrible, TERRIBLE car puns. 

Oh yeah, and somehow it had an original soundtrack by John Entwistle from THE WHO.
