A new series here on the Field of 68 podcast, as Jeff Goodman and Rob Dauster were joined by a number of college basketball coaches to discuss the difficulties that Black assistant coaches face when trying to get hired as head coaches. They are then joined by Desmond Oliver, a longtime assistant coach that took over at ETSU after the previous head coach was fired for supporting his players, who knelt during the national anthem.
