Carrie (@carrie.gillaspie) welcomes her good friend Jenn Schultz to the show! They start with Jenn telling us about herself now, and then work backwards to figure out how all the pieces fit together. Jenn tells us about growing up in Wisconsin and now calling St. Paul home, what she studied in college and some of the amazing opportunities and internships she was able to experience while still a student. Carrie and Jenn reminisce on their internship together in Eau Claire, and Jenn recalls filming a segment with Carrie interviewing her husband Casey, when they first met that summer! Jenn tells us about moving to Chicago without a job, and soon after getting hired by the Chicago Cubs! The girls bond over knowing first hand the rigorous schedule of working in professional sports. Jenn opens up about being diagnosed with melanoma while in grad school, and how it forced her to slow down. Jenn tells us how and when she realized her dreams where changing and how she's continuing to embracing it now.

Carrie (@carrie.gillaspie) and Bre (@breanna.was.here) get right into the BIP talk. The girls discuss Angela coming to Paradise. Bre is a fan of the extremely cheesy editing tactics used that last couple weeks. Carrie thinks Sydney is too normal for BIP. Bre admits that she's rooting for Tayshia and JPJ's relationship. C and B give their thoughts on Blake's last ditch efforts with Kristina, and Bre is surprised to learn that contestants are PAID to be on BIP. Carrie praises Demi and her vulnerability for sharing her struggle to be out with America. Bre finds the Connor and Whitney fiasco "lame", but is super pumped to have seen a commercial for a plant-based burger during the show! Both C and B feel the extreme awkwardness of Luke S. being denied his rose. Carrie is pretty over Clay and Nicole, and the girls give their predictions for which couples have the best chance to make it outside of paradise.

C and B send a big congratulations to last year's BIP faves - Kevin and Astrid - on their engagement, briefly discuss the first photos of Tyler C. and Gigi Hadid showing PDA, and are sad to say they've been a little annoyed with Hannah B. lately.

Bre tells us about an amazing teenage activist named Greta Thunberg and how she's taking stand for what she believes in.

She then goes through her favorite conversations and points in the book and shares why these spots in the story really spoke to her. She also provides tangible advice for how we can relate these key points to our lives and make improvements towards living the life of our dreams.

C and B are both unimpressed Dean broke rule number 1: don't dump a girl on her birthday!!! Bre touches on the issue of female's wanting to "fix" a man. The girls discuss the goose and Kristal's wedding, how awkward and bad JPJ looked by starting a fight with Derek. Carrie struggles to find the rhyme or reason behind the people who were chosen to stay for the wedding reception. The girls breakdown the Clay, Angela, Nicole love triangle, and Bre tells us what she thinks Clay's best move is at this point. Carrie gives an accurate impression of Connor's bro voice, and thinks Kristina is showing another version of personality this season.

The girls MUST talk about T-Swift's launch of her new album, Lover. Bre shares her love for Taylor for the 1 millionth time and Carrie agrees that while she misses Country Taylor she respects her dedication to her craft as an artist and performer. C and B complete the hashtag #EverythingWasGreatUntil, and Bre gives us tips on how to become more of a do'er!

We learn some of the ins and outs of being a life coach and Cari dives into the topic of abundance and money mindset. We end the show with Cari giving us some quick tips on how to easily stay in integrity with ourselves, and shares what's on the horizon for her and her business in the future.

They then address the fight between Jordan and Christian. Carrie is not impressed with Nicole's instigation of the aggression and is surprised how much she's enjoying Chris Bukowski this season. Both C and B are both unimpressed with Dyan and Hannah G. and their dynamic on the show. Carrie goes on a mini-tangent about how much she loves Chris Harrison. The girls discuss Demi's beautiful reunion with Kristian, but question the reason behind both girls staying in Paradise. Carrie thinks the entire set up while amazing and beautiful, seems a little contrived by producers, and gives her opinion of how the rest of the show should go down. Breanna is not a fan of Caitlin's double standard in her argument about with Kristina.

C and B share the latest books they've been reading, and their recommendations!

Jennifer tells us about taking the leap and starting her own organizational business after getting her masters in accounting. Carrie and Jennifer chat about the comparison trap and how it can lead to us unconsciously buying and consuming more things. Jennifer shares how she handles clients who want a quick-fix. Carrie asks Jennifer how she believes Marie Kondo has shaped the "tidying" landscape today, and the pros and cons of owning her own business. Carrie and Jennifer talk about taking the principles from organizing and how they can be used in other areas of our lives, like health, wellness, and finances. Jennifer shares some of her goals and projects on the horizon for her business.

Carrie is proudly fluent in sarcasm. Witty-come backs and quick one-liners are what she majored in in college. She's proud of her light-hearted nature and admits that while she's never taken it "too far" at someone else's expense, she has taken it too far at her OWN expense; using sarcasm as a way to deflect, defend, or defuse a situation that she didn't want to deal with the underlying emotions she was going through.

Carrie gives insight into a the question she asks herself now to make sure she's in integrity with herself and keeping her sarcasm in check.

Carrie (@carrie.gillaspie) and Bre (@breanna.was.here) start the show giving their reasoning for why we choose to seek out the spoilers for the Bachelor and other shows and movies. They then touch on the Pilot Pete "drama" and explain why they could care less and still love him. C and B talk briefly about the new information of "windmill-gate", and give their opinions on Peter's viability of being the Bachelor.

Bre shares she wanted to barf when Jed came out of the limo with the guitar. The girls are both impressed that Hannah's family had an instinctual bad feeling about Jed from the get-go. Carrie gives her opinion of why Bachelorette's have a better track record of staying with the person they pick, compared to the Bachelor. C and B discuss the importance of a solid foundation of a relationship, and reminisce on being friends with their husbands for a while before they took it to the romantic level. The girls discuss Jed's defense and reasoning for why he did what he did, and both support Hannah's decision to walk away from the relationship. C and B HAVE to chat about Tyler C. and the reunion that happened on stage. Carrie thinks Hannah was a little awkward in asking him out, but also thinks that's what she loves about Hannah. Carrie shares that all of America's obsession with Tyler C, makes her not want to be obsessed with him anymore.

C and B take time to mention National Mutt Day, and discuss traits they look for in a leader. Bre asks "what question you hate being asked", and "what was your first first phone". Carrie shares about her new book club and how you can join in!

Carrie (@carrie.gillaspie) and Bre (@Breanna.was.here) start the show chatting about the horrible storm that ripped through central Wisconsin this past weekend and the damage it caused.

The girls get to the Bachelorette talk! C and B are both impressed that Pilot Pete ended up being windmill boy. Carrie tries to put herself in Luke P.'s shoes, buuuut still comes to the conclusion that he continues to weaponize his faith. Bre is annoyed by Luke P.'s unwillingness to leave and his "can I pray over you?" comment. During Men Tell All, C and B are amazed at Luke P.'s ability to take very long pauses to answer questions and yet still deliver pretty awful answers. Carrie is disgusted by Luke's condescending tone and talk to Chris Harrison even! C and B doubt Luke P. has gained self-awareness or grown from this situation at all. C and B both loved watching John Paul Jones shine during the Men Tell All and are looking forward to seeing more of him in Paradise.

The girls talk about how to craft a good apology, and Bre shares the 3 elements every good apology should have. The girls tease topics for next week's show.
