It's been a while, but Carrie is back for a SOLO EPISODE!

Carrie gives insight into a recent small rut she felt like she was in, and shares how her over-thinking and investigating was only prolonging the process. She tells us about taking a random leap of faith and joining Arbonne, how it's turned into the thing that shook her from her rut, and how what she's learning and developing with Arbonne is spilling over into other areas of her life.

She also shares a small side project she started, Honey Ridge Wellness Co., to accompany her Arbonne business.

Carrie (@carrie.gillaspie) and Bre (@breanna.was.here) start the show getting right into our Bachelorette recap. The girls continue to love and appreciate Pilot Pete. Bre is uber impressed with his family and Carrie thinks Pilot Pete is the new Blake. As a former Florida resident, Carrie is super into Tyler C.'s very cliche Florida date. Breanna has a theory that Hannah is drawn to Luke P. by wanting to "fix" him. Carrie declares she never wants to hear Luke's shower story ever again, and Breanna thinks that it was pretty obvious that Luke's family knows he's slightly unhinged. C and B agree that Jed's family was meeting was by far the worst and most awkward. Carrie theorizes that Jed's family had complete knowledge of the stunt he was pulling. The girls decide who they think is the cantaloupe, apple, pineapple, and kiwi, and they ponder the irony of Jed calling Luke P. a scum bag.

Carrie gives a shout-out to the US Women's soccer team winning the world cup! Both C and B weigh in on the controversy of Halle Bailey being cast as an African American Arielle for Disney's remake of The Little Mermaid.

The girls take to the Twitter trending list and answer the question "what lines from books have stuck with you?" and "strange things you wish would come back?".

Carrie (@carrie.gillaspie) and Bre (@breanna.was.here) get right into the Bachelor talk! Bre shares her favorite Bachelor Nation follows on social media and Carrie admits that she broke her rule of no following Bachelor contestants on social media for Tyler C. They then get into discussing Hannah's date with Jed. Carrie teaches Bre about the concept of the GBH: Girl Back Home, and both girls agree they can't look at Jed the same way in light of the information resurfacing about his GBH. Both C and B agree that Tyler C.'s date and the inclusion of the horses was awkward, but that their dinner and his vulnerability saved the date. The girls are baffled by the continuation of the Luke P. and Garrett saga, and they both applaud how Pilot Pete navigated the awkward group date. They, of course, discuss the windmill heard 'round the world.

C and B unpack the huge T-Swift drama with Scooter Braun regarding the sale of her masters. As creators, both girls sympathize with Taylor, and how hard it must be not owning the rights to your work.

C and B end the show giving tips for keeping your pets safe during 4th of July weekend! Speaking of firecrackers: spay and neuter!!!

There is A LOT going on in Bachelor Nation so this episode is almost solely devoted to discussing it all!

Carrie (@carrie.gillaspie) and Bre (@breanna.was.here) kick off the show with a plethora of news in Bachelor Nation starting with discussing the original cast of Bachelor in Paradise. Both girls are pumped John Paul Jones is making his way back to our TV screens, disappointed in seeing ABC (Cam) again, and are interested to see how Blake fares this season. Bre predicts Hannah G and Blake hitting it off. Carrie predicts Bibi and Clay having a spark. C and B discuss the unique dynamic of BIP and why it's their favorite show in the Bachelor franchise.

The girls give a shout out to Chris and Krystal (goose and mrs. goose) tying the knot, and ponder over not liking either of them separately, but somehow really liking them together. C and B are both indifferent about Lauren Bushnell and Chris Lane announcing their engagement.

The show moves on to a recap of the latest Bachelorette episode. Bre wants to barf over Luke P.'s awkward "yelling his love" for Hannah. C and B both agree that Garrett did NOT play this entire argument right and came off looking like a turd. Carrie is impressed with Chris Harrison's comforting skills, but confused about the two different sit downs between Hannah and Chris Harrison. Both girls agree that the preview for the rest of the season shares way to much.

C and B end the show by answering two trending twitter questions: What did you use the internet for BEFORE social media, and what actor will you always see as the same character.

Bre gives her thoughts on Hannah's chemistry with Mike. Bre gives us her thoughts about Hannah breaking the 4th wall during her one-on-one with Luke P, and Carrie makes a bold prediction about how Luke P will leave the show.

Carrie tells a scary story of how she almost killed her kitty Cedric this past week, and how it's motivated her to share the story with others. Bre pulls back the curtain and shares what it's like to cover breaking, sometimes dangerous and high stress, news.

The recent drama with Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans frustrates Carrie and causes her to wonder why society gives certain people a platform to be famous.

The girls roll their eyes over a new digital Bachelor spin-off show featuring Tanner and Jade, Ashley I. and Jared, and Nick and Dean. The girls are offended that FOX is making their own (seemingly trashier) version of Bachelor in Paradise called "Paradise Hotel" with Kristin Cavallari as the host. The girls talk about the NFL draft in Nashville, which Bre - of course - uses as a way to talk about Taylor Swift dropping new music. C tells B about number #1 pick, Kyler Murray, and him being picked in the first round of both the MLB and NFL draft. Bre gives us hype for the upcoming GOT episode, and Carrie wonders if the whole country is brain-washed over this show.

In the Learning Lately segment the girls discuss how striving so much for happiness can actually make you unhappy. Carrie shares a story about an expected moment that is now one of her fondest memories in life.

In the Ask Carrie segment the girls answer a question about having a healthy balance of planning AND action to accomplish a goal.
