My guy Jazz Samra makes another appearance on this week’s episode to talk more about trade shows, Dank Reviews and the industry as a whole. How did his inaugural Elevate trade show go and what was the feedback from the industry? Is the government really still treating this industry like it is illegal and are they doing enough to foster businesses trying to grow in this space? Today I am joined by Carlos Perea, a social impact entrepreneur who works as the CEO of Terra Vera. We talk about his past entrepreneurial ventures and how he was first introduced to the Cannabis Industry. How has his passion for the safety of the end user been the catalyst for the work that he does? We discuss plant disease and how parts of the Cannabis industry are broken. Today I am joined by David Mantey from Cannabis Equipment News. David has a background in trade publications as well as design engineering and manufacturing. He has been covering different aspects of the Cannabis industry for over 15 years so we talk about how he first started and how his podcast began organically from interviewing different people for feature stories. Today I am joined by Jennaye, a young businesswoman and retail executive from Toronto.
