The COVID-19 pandemic had not speared the practices of organizational leadership and human resource activities as organizations had to be changed in response to the restrictive measures caused by the pandemic. The announcement of the COVID-19 as a pandemic by the World Health Organization has created a call for sudden readjustment for many organizations. These organizations have to re-strategize and re-think their goals to survive (White, 2020). Many of these organizations had to change operations from their traditional in-office method to digital technology merely for the protection of their employees, potential employees, and other external customers (Johns Hopkins University, 2020).
