Perhaps nostalgia is a powerful steam engine, as I got lost in the first book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone every bit as easily as I did back in the day. This doesn't take away the effortless charm and wit JK Rowling employs in building the world of Harry Potter in this first installment. EVEN THOUGH i also find this introductory volume a bit plot heavy but the world building is solid. Yeah this volume 1 is solidly in the intermediate level. As the series progresses it will get darker, trending further and further into the young adult level–In comparison to where we’re going, Sorcerer’s Stone is practically a children’s book. A BRILLIANT AND TIMELESS ONE. Let's continue...
