On this segment Hlekani was in conversation with HR specialist Given Seolwana on the Revenge quitting” which is a trend that sees workers leaving a job in response to negative experiences such as a lack of recognition, burnout or disengagement with workplace culture and their bosses. Seolwana said that in the past people used to be silent and endure the abuse and neglect in the workplace, that now people are choosing themselves.
