On this segment Hlekani joined by Attorney at Mary Jane Mphahlele Attorneys INC Marry Jane Mphahlele explored, a conversation on maintenance, understanding your rights, knowing your options, and looking at what steps parents can take when circumstances change, while keeping the child’s best interests at the center of the discussion.

Hlekani, together with relationship coach and author Dr Elijah Masubelele, discussed suicide, including some of the warning signs that may indicate someone is struggling with suicidal thoughts and ways to support and help someone who may be at risk.

On this Legal segment, Hlekani joined by Attorney Camila Moabelo from Mohuba and Partners unpacked on what the law actually says about posthumous registration of customary marriages in South Africa.

On todays segment Hlekani together with Attorney Maryjane Mphahlele from Mary Jane Mphahlele Attorneys Inc spoke on some of the practices that may place beneficiaries at risk of losing their inheritance and to explain what people can do to protect their rights and their inheritance.

In this segment, Hlekani was joined by Holistic Transformational Therapist, Speaker and Relationships Expert Hakeem Anderson-Lesolang to explore the things that perhaps should be left behind when starting a new relationship.

On this segment Hlekani had a conversation with Dr Simon Mothiba from Dr's MS and NE Mothiba Mother and Child Clinic looking at the signs and symptoms that may suggest cervical cancer and exploring some of the possible warning signs, the importance of early detection, and the treatment options available, depending on the stage and progression of the disease.

On today’s health segment, we’re taking a closer look at edema swelling caused by fluid building up in the body’s tissues. Dr Portia Nkhwashu explains that although edema can be temporary and harmless in some cases, it can also indicate something more serious.

On this week’s legal segment, Hlekani was joined by attorney Havy Mohuba to talk about Family Court, what a parent can do when they’re denied access to their child, and what the law says about a parent’s rights. Mohuba says while the courts are there to assist in these matters, it’s important to understand that a court cannot force someone to take a paternity test.

Attorney Camila Moabelo from Mohuba and Partners spoke with Hlekani about what a citizen's arrest is, when it can legally be made, and what ordinary people are allowed and not allowed to do under South African law. Moabelo explained that while a citizen's arrest is legal, it can only be carried out under specific conditions set out in the law.

On this week's Health segment, Hlekani started the month by talking about women's health. The discussion focused on hormonal imbalance, a condition that many women have experienced or heard about. She was joined by obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr Simon Mothiba from Dr's MS and NE Mothiba Mother and Child Clinic. He explained that changes in hormone levels are a normal part of life and often happen naturally as women get older. He also shared helpful advice on understanding hormonal changes and knowing when they may need medical attention.
