On this segment Hlekani had the privilege of unpacking important details that comes with an evergreen contract. And also Associate attorney at Motjopi inc Nombhi Chabalala reiterated the fact that evergreen contracts are indeed legal in South Africa and things one should look for when they sign such contracts.

Psychological counsellor Mpho Mogane on this podcast had a detailed conversation with Hlekani on the importance of one to acknowledge betrayal which in turn would make it a bit easier in dealing with the trauma that comes with it. They also spoke of various ways one can deal with this aftermath.

On this week’s episode Hlekani and Zwanda had a very insightful conversation on consumer rights when it comes insurance policies. Zwanda reiterated the importance of knowing the fact that as a consumer one has a right to receive a copy of an insurance policy document, which should also be received within 30 days after signing the contract
