What better time of the year to practice letting go than the end of the year? (Don’t worry the message applies any time of the year). As I have mentioned in other episodes letting go of what no longer serves you is necessary to make room for new and better things in your life. You cannot accept the new and hold onto the old. Life just doesn’t work that way.

Today I will give you some ideas of things to let go of moving into the new year and share some methods to use for letting go.
