Dan Edmunds is the director of vehicle testing at Edmunds.com. He was a development engineer for Toyota at their proving grounds in Arizona. Worked with Ivan Stewart on Toyota's TRD Off-Road package. He then left Toyota for Hyundai, running the chassis and brake tuning department. Now he tests and rates cars for Edmunds.com, evaluating 250-300 cars per year.
