In this episode, I sit down with Salesforce manager Meradith Stretz.
After obtaining her marketing degree, Meradith started her first job working for a construction company that was implementing Salesforce. Meradith was tasked with teaching and getting the workers to adopt the new system. She learned the importance of having empathy for end-users as well as finding a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Meradith has worked closely with end-users since then and has built long-lasting relationships that have contributed to her career success.
