Today's topic is, "Why women's leadership is a conversation that we need to move past."
The reason why is anytime that there is a social issue whether it has to do with gender issues, racial issues or disability issues, there is a group of people that is being disadvantaged that the issue revolves around.
It becomes a topic that we need to talk about.
So this isn't unique just to women, obviously there's issues that face different racial groups, etc.
But the topic that we're talking about is women and how women are disadvantaged.
So by moving past that conversation, that means that what I hope to see is a culture in a world where women are respected as leaders, where they are seen as worthy and capable and educated and fully able to lead in the same capacity as men.
When that happens, female leadership -- women's leadership -- is no longer going to be a topic worth discussing... because it's not an issue -- we're equal.
