Have you ever had a job where you felt like you couldn’t be yourself? That you couldn’t express yourself the way you really wanted to? In this episode, I chat with Kim McIsaac, who knows this feeling all too well. Throughout her career Kim yearned to express her creativity, but her work in TV production just didn’t allow her to do so—at least not in the way she wanted to. Then, in 2016, she had this idea to repurpose some old vases that were sittin’ around her house into lamps. This idea led her to discover her love of designing DIY Decor, a passion she turned into a business called The Wizard of Vase. What began as a gig on the side of her day job has now grown into her full-time work.
