Do you feel like you’re always chasing time? Do you feel physically ill, but you don’t know why?
These two questions summon up what I have been through in the past few weeks. Into this equation comes meditation. Everyone knows I meditate and what my feelings are about meditation. Oftentimes, you heard me say that meditation centres us. And it does.
However, what I was failing to realize was that, even though I was meditating, I was still not achieving balance for my life. The body does weird things when you’re stressed out. So, I want to emphasize that it is a personal practice that needs to be respected more.
