The case of the four University of Idaho students who were done in by a real-life boogey man or woman remains unsolved more than 46 days after the crime, leaving the families and the town of Moscow in a state of anxiety and fear. While the police have said they believe the crime, house, and possibly some of the victims were targeted and the crime was personal, that hasn’t made residents feel any safer. And it doesn’t help that the police are still saying they have no suspects. Whether that’s true or not remains to be seen. Some think it could be a ploy to lull the perpetrator into thinking they’re off the hook and can now relax their behaviors. Some think the cops are telling the truth, and they really have no clue who did this. Either way, the fact remains that no one has been arrested for this brutal and senseless crime and whoever did it was drawn for some reason to that house at 1122 King Street. The cops have done 250 interviews so far. That number came from a reporter from the Omaha Statesman newspaper who was on Surviving the Survivor today. We don’t know how many of those are second interviews, nor do we know how many of those are neighbors of the students. Let’s hope the cops have cast a wide net and haven’t let anyone living around there slip through it. Look at Delphi. The suspect there went to the cops to talk to them and still he fell through the cracks. Let’s hope the cops here don’t quickly dismiss anyone.

We’ve heard the experts mention the possibility that an incel, or “involuntary celibate” is responsible for the slayings of the four students in Moscow, Idaho. Some experts are also saying that at the point in the investigation, well over six weeks out from the crime, the people within the slain students’ inner circles—the the Jack Ds, Jack Ss, Jack Ks, and more--have likely been fully cleared. If they hadn’t, there would be an arrest by now. If that’s true, it points to the perp being someone beyond the students’ inner circless. Could this have been a femicide as retired Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer recently suggested in an interview and could it have been done by the hands of an incel? Two other experts who appeared on NewsNation with Ashleigh Banfield believe so. Allow me to share their thoughts along with a tale that sheds light on the circumstances that can lead to a young man into adopting the violent beliefs of the most hardcore incels and into becoming radicalized to where he acts out in a mass crime such as this one in Moscow.

Learn about the legendary criminal profiler John E. Douglas and how he went about tracking down serialists through the telling of a most heinous case that occurred in South Caroline in the 1980s. Can Douglas's methods work on the case of the Idaho 4? I think so.

Former detectives keep saying this crime will be solved through science...both through DNA but also through digital evidence. Let me explain how the latter works and also share a "Bed Crime Story" from Phoenix that proves how powerful digital data tracking can be. Note that it will also show how long some of this stuff takes in an investigation even when devices are tracked down. Take a listen.#truecrime

During a second interview on the channel "Unresolved Crimes," Inan Harsh offered up yet another possible theory or lead. He talked about a cult-like ultra-conservative church in Moscow, Idaho--Christ Church. Could someone who follows the beliefs of this church possibly have committed this crime? Allow me to break it all down for you.

Today, I want to talk about the sharp-edged object that was used in this horrific crime of the four University of Idaho students. I heard clinical psychologist Dr. Gary Bucato on the Surviving the Survivor Podcast say that this weapon is key to the crime. And we know that a sharp-edged object is considered an intimate weapon--something that allows the perpetrator to be upclose and personal with his victims.
