This pandemic is lasting a lot longer than many people thought, so you have to do something to stay sane while you stay indoors. College is supposed to be the best four years of your life. Or is that high school?? Either way, it’s false, but we still want to talk about it. In this episode, we do another round robin of questions so that you can get to know us. We then spend the rest of the episode talking about everything from our favorite college courses to Sweet Baby Ray’s barbeque sauce, an essential condiment for any household. In the end, we talk about this awesome way to donate your time to the Black Lives Matter movement. This is the last episode of our Black Lives Matter series and it focuses on the voices that are being silenced in the movement: Black trans people. We talk about why it is important to lift up these voices and why #AllBlackLivesMatter is not the same as AllLivesMatter. We also talk about where Carry the Three goes from here on out. One thing to remember, just because the focus of our episodes won’t be Black Lives Matter doesn’t mean that the conversation is over. There have been a few changes, but the work isn’t over yet. We hope everyone did their part for Pride month. Let’s keep this energy going forward!
