The X-foils Podcast case 12 is with local Ricardo Avila, Stand UP Paddle Racer among other disciplines. Ricardo's extensive experience in stand up paddleboarding seamlessly translated into his journey of learning how to downwind foil.

We talk about the parallels between SUP and downwind foiling, exploring how Ricardo's paddling techniques and comfort in the water has accelerated his learning curve into the Foil world.
