All aboard the Atomic Train! This week we have another mini-sode in which John shares a recommendation for a great made-for-TV movie called "Atomic Train" from 1999. This movie stars Esai Morales and Rob Lowe, and has more than just a train and some atoms. Check out the mini-sode for sure!

It's that time again; "What time?" you ask, the witching hour! The time we conjure up some spells and sit through another movie for your entertainment! We watched "The Craft" from 1996 and believe us, this movie has it all. Big-mouthed high school girls, Neve Campbell and her mysterious scars, and of course, the levitating redrum rejects stirring stuff up in the forest. This movie was another winner in our books, but not of any reputable awards, so be sure to check out this episode, or we'll cast a spell on you.

We're shaking things up again this week with a solo episode of the Casual Movie Club. This time it's Brian reviewing on his own and instead of leaving well enough alone he decided to brave the rest of the nauseating movie we couldn't finish, Blues Brothers 2000. This movie takes even more turns to the fantastical than expected and disappoints even harder than the first two thirds with a vengeance. The only shining light is the musical performances and even that couldn't save this debacle of a movie.

Holy movie review podcasts, Batman, it's....a podcast about Batman! We traveled back in time to 1966 where we saw the original caped crusader and his boy wonder fighting the world's most evil nemeses with everything they had at their disposal, as long as it had the word "bat" in its name! From the bat boat to the bat mobile, in the bat cave... we can't forget Batman dangling from the Bat Ladder and fending off the shark with the shark repellent bat spray! It definitely does not disappoint in the realm of action, funny lines, and of course Jamie Lee Curtis doing a strip-tease and falling on her ass... speaking of her ass, do you agree with what Creepy Simon said about her ass? What do you get when you cross guns, a smartass cop from the East Coast, a heartless European terrorist named Hans, and Carl Winslow? Die Hard, of course, one of the greatest films to come out of the 1980's. Nothing says Christmas more than Bruce Willis' quips said over the radio while covered in blood and wandering an unfinished building without shoes. Nothing spreads more Yuletide cheer than Ellis snorting coke and trying to save the day, only to have his head blown off by said heartless European terrorist. Nothing reminds us more of the holidays than Hans clamoring on about his missing detonators. Trust me, this one is well worth a listen. Oh yeah... yippie-kay-yay motherf***ers!
