Godwin, the reigning America East Defensive Player of the Week goes in depth in how she has developed her skill at winning draw controls and highlights why this has the chance to be a special season. 

Senior captain on the swimming and diving team Autumn Bullinger joins Catamount Insider to discuss last weeks America East championship meet. She shares her experience with the team, the key for her in the backstroke and her special memories with the program in her four years. 

Ahead of this weekends Indoor America East Track and Field Championships, Catamount Senior Caroline Deiss joins the show. She gives insight into preparation for the event, her background in the sport and what it will take to have a big weekend in Boston. 

Ahead of a first place showdown with Binghamton, Vermont Women's Basketball's leading scorer Nikola Priede joins the show to talk about her monster senior season. Scoring nearly 20 points per game in league play she discusses her development as a scorer, learning from other post players and previews the rematch against Binghamton.

Ahead of an important weekend at Gutterson Fieldhouse, Women's Ice Hockey Head Coach Jim Plumer joins Catamount Insider. He breaks down a great stretch of play for his team in the new year and how the Catamounts have found more goals this season. Then he previews this weekend including Vermont's annual Pack the Gut game against league leaders Northeastern. 

Ahead of a huge weekend in patrick Gym, Vermont Men's Basketball forward Gus Yalden joins the show. Called "The Gus Bus" he gives background on his nickname, previews Thursdays' first place matchup and explains the emotion he plays with on the floor. 

This week on Catamount Insider, graduate student guard Jadyn Weltz joins the show to talk all things women's basketball. She talks about what led her to Vermont, how she's adapted to the Catamounts and keys to playing in a loaded America East this season. 

Coming off a weekend sweep of Northeaster where he scored three goals, Jens Richards joins Catamount Insider. He talks the recent offensive rhythm the team has been in, his current line with Collin Kessler and Blake Steenerson and what being a captain has been like. 

In his yearly sit down on Catamount Insider, Athletic Director Jeff Schulman joins host Brian McLaughlin for a 2025 recap. In a wide ranging conversation they touch on Alisa Kresge's winning milestone with women's basketball, a facilities update and how Schulman approached the men's soccer coaching search. 

Coming off a big win against Siena, Sean Blake joins Catamount Insider to talk about his sophomore season so far. The team has won three straight and Sean describes his role on an offense full of scoring options. He also talks about his individual defensive development and how the team has also taken strides on that side of the ball.
