In Episode 9 we are joined by Drew Russell.  Drew is a long time friend of mine and the guy to blame for putting a fly rod in my hand.  He is also a talented musician and is responsible for the kick ass intro heard before every episode.  This episode is recorded at the Russell Family deer camp in the North woods of Minnesota after a rainy grouse and wood cock hunt. This guy does it all and has something to offer for every outdoorsman.

In Episode 8 we are joined by Scott Bestul.  Scott is a columnist for Field and Stream and a whitetail guru.  With the meat and potatoes of the whitetail hunting season almost here Scott's episode will help you find that target buck that's been giving you the slip.  There isn't much that he doesn't have figured out about these elusive creatures and he owes it to thousands of hours logged in a tree.

In Episode 7 we are joined by Dr. Dylan Blumentritt.  Dylan is a Winona State Professor who knows all about the Driftless area.  He teaches in the Geosciences department, but more specifically hydrology and geomorphology disciplines.  The Driftless area is truly a unique area of North America and Dylan is on to tell us exactly why.  He takes protecting this environment seriously so he can enjoy fishing and hiking with his children for years to come. 

In Episode 6 we are joined by Brett Schmit.  Brett is an archery white tail hunter born and raised in "Natures Showplace", Rollingstone Minnesota.  He obsesses over his target buck each year and will go to any length to meet his goal.  Brett works hard, thinks outside the box, and has the privilege of sharing his outdoor passions with his close friends.  

In Episode 5 we are joined by Dave Holmes.  Dave is a successful bass, musky, and trout guide in the Twin Cities Metro area.  He is a die hard musky fisherman and does not live a day without obsessing over them, he's even got one tattooed on his forearm.  He's got an eye for tying the perfect fly.  Dave and I go way back and have experienced many wild fishing outings together.

In Episode 4 we are joined by my uncle, Charlie Casperson. I consider Charlie one of the most significant and influential teachers in my passion for the outdoors. His man cave rivals the walls of Cabela's and he owes that to his meticulous attention to detail. He stays busy throughout the year chasing whatever game is in season. Charlie owns and manages a beautiful property in SE Minnesota that is a sanctuary for all wildlife.
