Had on the one and only Erik Herbert.  Talked about his big fight his retirement from the cage and his political platform.  There are some parts where the connection got bad but give it a minute or two and it will clear up.  Great man.  *This is NOT a paid spot Caveman's Corner is 100 percent #votehherbert.

We had the one and only #PatMix on the podcast while he was flying out to #JacksonWinkMMA to embark on his #Bellator career.  It was a really good chat with a young man who will be far to big to be anywhere but the #JRE podcast in a few years. We talked so much he almost missed his plane from the #716 #Buffalo to #505 #Albuquerque.  If you don't want to listen to our B.S. Pat gets on at 4:30
