David Self, chair, Cayman International Reinsurance Companies Association said “there's a huge opportunity coming out of the life and annuity space in the US”.   André Ebanks, minister for financial services and commerce, minister for investment innovation and social development, and deputy premier of Cayman Islands went on to say that “Cayman is committed to a very robust regulatory regime that drives deals”.
