How to Truly Be Rich is the message this Sunday from Matthew 6:19-24. We need to challenge ourselves and ask if we have discovered the right passion in life, the right vision in life, the right mission in life. If we can answer yes, then we have the key to true wealth; if not, God still has work to do in our hearts. What matters most is not what we possess, but what possesses us! May our affections be centered on that which will ultimately outlive us and count for eternity.

This week we look at the powerful giant of worry. We will dive into Matthew 6!

Insecurity is a struggle found in most individuals, it will follow you to work, home, and when you're with friends. It appears in the form of negative thoughts that sneak up and hold captive your courage. It looks like a pattern of disbelief that halts your work for the Lord. Insecurity is a problem, however it is a problem with a solution. Join us this Sunday as we look at Pastor Rick's next sermon in the Stirred series "Stirred... Israel in the time of Judges we’re riding a constant spiritual roller coaster. We celebrate the 245 bday of our nation the great USA the similarities are great. Either we are going to see the greatest generation in history or it might be the last. Satan is trying to paralyze us with Fear. We need the Spirit of God to move us to a season of Revival!! We have to be Stirred…not Shaken!!!!!

This Sunday we go to Peter's house in Capernaum, see the full story in Mark 2:1-17.  Jesus had just returned after many months of preaching throughout Galilee. The preaching tour lasted about 12 months. He was apparently staying with Peter, and as always the news spread quickly.  The crowds began to gather and flood the house.  Good things always happen when Jesus is in the House!

I can't think of anything more agonizing than the death of a child. Someone has said that the death of a child is like putting a period before the sentence is even finished. If the loss of a child isn’t grievous enough, then comes the question of the child’s eternal destiny. This Sunday we will look at what happens to children when they die.  You may know someone that really needs to hear this, invite them to be your special guest as we find comfort in the Scriptures.

One of the great desires of most Christians is the day when they will be with the Lord in heaven. We look forward to the day when we will be with the Lord, rest from our labors, and reunited with our love ones.  Our longing for Heaven is a good influence upon us. What will eternity be like? This Sunday we will get a Glimpse of Heaven as we look at chapter 21 in the book of Revelation.

This Sunday, the title of the message is The Rapture, Now What?   In Revelation, chapter 4, John hears the sound of the trumpet and a great voice calling him up to Heaven. Immediately, the transition is made from earth to the heavens. John is given a view of what Heaven will be like. John pictures for us what it will be like to be snatched out of this world and taken directly to Heaven. “What will we do when we get there?”  That is a good question! It is a question people have asked for centuries and it is the question we will look forward to answering this Sunday.
