Recently, I had a conversation with my mother. I told her about the story of a business which is like a locker/Tijori and charges money from the owners of the Tijori whenever they take their stuff (shares) out. Moreover, the company that uses the Tijori also has to pay certain amount per year to the Tijori/locker.
