During our stay at Cenigan, we attended a Manta presentation conducted by members of The Marine Megafauna Foundation. A non-profit with a focus on protecting the most endangered ocean giants and the habitats they call home. In this episode, I speak with Janis, a project leader, and Raina a student completing an internship. We speak about what led them into the underwater world, the work of the foundation, some facts about mantas, why citizen science is so important, and what you can do to help! Enjoy!
