We're getting into the good stuff now... Prayer is an awesome privilege and the more we're learning about it the more power and freedom we will have in our lives and in our church. However, understand as we discuss today, the powerful prayer that we develop in our prayer closet comes with a cost. The enemy will rise up against this and will do everything he can to stop it. But press on and press in, we are the victors as we do our part. We are continuing the discussion on prayer - what it is and why it's important. If a person is a powerful and effective Christian, then one lives in persistent prayer. This is a safe statement to make because the opposite is also true. A weak and ineffective Christian lives a life of inconsistent prayer. Prayer is the key to relationship between man and God. That's why Jesus prayed as much as He did, to develop and protect His relationship with His Heavenly Father. The choice is given to each person, what kind of life do you want? In this regard, is prayer easy? If it was easy would you pray more? Doing the easy thing doesn't always give the best results.
