Welcome to Season 3 of the Central PA Pour!
We had all three of us in studio and had the pleasure of sitting down and talking to Adam Chamberlain from Cartel Brewing & Blending in Lancaster, PA. We find out how he came up with the name and logo and it's a very interesting story and NOT what you think of when you hear the word cartel. He describes his passion and different style of creating a quality craft beer and did we enjoy what he brought for us to try. Listen in and hear his story and you must make it a bucket list visit when in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
We sampled a Czech pilsner, English mild ale, hazy IPA, cream ale, milk stout and barrel aged barleywine.

The whole crew was in studio to reflect on Season 2. We had one of our first followers on, homebrewers, local business coalition and well established breweries. We love the stories of how they all got started and what drives their passion. We have made more connections and looking to expand into more festivals. We talk about baseball, the NFL draft and what is next for the CPP Crew.
The crew are sampling a Belgian Tripel, white stout, hazy IPA and a milk stout.

From Keith brewing great beer, Mariah creating Beer-Tails, Nick (the debonair) creating scratch delicious meals and the new milestone hire, Justin coming in to help out. And how they help out the community with some fund-raising beers created for the first responders in the area.

They were the "Peoples Choice Award" Winner at the Brew Kids on the Block in September. We talk about a special beer release that was brewed with Gift Horse Brewing and will benefit Heavenly Paws Animal Shelter in York. We also find out Mark's love of cats and why the original name (Catman Brewing) has changed.
Mark and Jeremy brought us a Hazy IPA, Fruited Sour and Chocolate Chip Mint Stout to sample.
