Michael Roach, the man affectionately known as Disco played 200 games with the Tigers between 1977 and 1989 kicking 607 goals. He was a member of the 1980 Richmond Premiership side, in that same year, Disco topped the league's goalkicking winning the Coleman Medal and kicking 112 goals for the season.
