God requires that we do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with him. That is his standard for our lives. That is how we will be tested when we stand before him on the judgment day. Who has fulfilled this? None of us. Only Jesus. We need to trust in Jesus to be righteous on that day. In him, we have forgiveness, righteousness, and the power of the Spirit to do as God requires. Ask God for forgiveness and he will empower you to walk with him as you ought to.

Many people are victims of injustice of some kind. Yet justice is often too not given. The poor and marginalised suffer often at the hands of the rich and powerful. Yet, God cares. And God expects his people to live justly. But in the end he will provide a just, harmonious and peaceful life.
