God can inconvenience anyone when He wants to favour His children so don’t give up! Keep doing the right thing.!

There’s a right time for everything. There’s a time to be quiet and there’s a time to speak out. Esther knew when to do both.

There is a protocol for entering into the presence of a king and Esther had a clear understanding of what to do. So what can we learn from her?

For us to fulfil God’s purpose for our lives, we need God’s help because we can’t do it on our own. It’s not by power or might.

Like Esther, we are where we are because God has a purpose for us to fulfil. We are there for such a time as this.

We all need to have people in our lives who at the right time will burst our bubble and bring us back to earth by being very honest with us when we need to hear the truth! Mordecai was that person for Esther.

Sackcloth and ashes were used in the Old Testament times by the Jews as a sign for mourning, repentance and heartfelt sorrow. It was a sign that something had gone terribly wrong! But what could possibly have gone wrong in Queen Esther’s perfect world?

It’s amazing how something very little can snowball into something so huge that it gets out of control! That’s why we need to pray for God to keep us from all evil.
