Our bodies want to be the boss of us and there is a constant struggle for control between our body and our spirit.

“Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself,”

“….You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.”

Psalms‬ ‭139:14‬ ‭ICB‬‬

“I praise you because you made me in an amazing and wonderful way. What you have done is wonderful. I know this very well.”

God created Samson with incredible strength and Esther with amazing beauty for what purpose?

Do you know that the body you have or the way you look is tailored to the purpose that God wants you to fulfil?

However, if you are ignorant of this fact, you will never take advantage of it.

God was very deliberate about giving you a body. He didn’t give us bodies because He didn’t have anything better to do with His time after creating man and He decided to make us look fancy! No!
