Started of with some great upcoming events in multiple federations. Recaped last weekend 365 event Eastern Regional Championships. Going to get information results for next podcast on the USPA nationals that took place last weekend in Columbus, Ohio. Welcome to a Thursday Edition with a great interview with Ricky Johnson, a powerlifter, a family man who's life has had many hard times, but he has never gave up on the fight of living. Currently living with his wife in Asheville, North Carolina. Ricky is currently not only the main safety man spotting at a 365 Strong Powerlifting Event, but he is peer advisor for struglling veterans and helping them realize they are not alone in their fight to regain their lives back. We also started the show with some meets to look at along with their websites. Started the podcast off by going through the federations for upcoming meets hopefully close to you all or interesting enough to check out or get into.
