Sometimes what feels like our lowest points in life can lead to our greatest success. Failure is inevitable. It's how we react to that failure that can shape us into a better person.
With each failure we need to take the time to see what we can do differnt if ever put in a similar situation.
We also disucss the importance of hearing both sides to debates. Being closed off, one sided or uneducated can hurt you in the long run. We should all have the ability to listen to an opposing view. By debating we can grow stronger in our own views, or even realize we now agree with the opposing side.
We touch on many topics this week including:
- Why is it important to fail?
- What can we learn from our failures?
- What’s the trait for the best team player?
- Why should you have people around that call you on your bullshit?
- Is it more important to control your thoughts or your feelings?
- Why do people get in their own way?
- Why is it important to hear both sides of an argument?
- Rich Roll Podcast we reference
- What is the difference between listening and hearing?
- What do you think is the biggest hurdle for people in not wanting to change?
- && so much more . . .

WHAT DO YOU STAND FOR?
We all stand for something? Right. What we stand should come from a genuine place of passion.
In this weeks episode we talk about the importance of standing for something. What you stand for is your passion. Your morals. Your valuess. Where you draw the line in the sand. What ignites your fire inside.
We are all different and put on this Earth for a specific reason. That reason is to share our passion. We project that with what we stand for.
What does Shane stand for? We can all agree, HARD WORK!
What does Holly stand for? Beinging unapologetically YOU!
We touch on many topics this week including:
- Why it's important to stand for something
- How your passion is intertwined into it
- Why some people are afraid to stand for something specific
- How some things change over time but certain values have remained
- What a freind or stranger may say about you to another, and why certain characteristics or values should be the same across the board.
- Why it's important to share what you stand for over social media
- && so much more . . .
Thank you so much for tuning in. If you enjoyed this weeks' eposide please be sure to share on social meida, rate and review.

Thank you for joining us for another week! This week we're discussing the importance of being your authentic self and how finding your purpose is multilayered.
We discuss the pros and cons of social media in regard to finding our purpose and being authentic.
We're a generation of people obsessed with "finding our puprose" and chasing the idea of what we think our purpose is. Often times clinging to what others are doing because we think if this is our purpose we will have all the things he/she has.
Your purpose is not necessarily always connected to your career. If your'e an entrepreneur your purpose should overlap your busiess because it will be what drives you to make that business successful.
Your passion and purpose do overlap. The first question should be what am I passioante about? What fills me up? What brings me light? That is your purpose. Share that with the world.

In this week's episode we dive into the key elements to make youre dreams a reality. It's more than just a vision board and talking about what you want. There needs to be an emotional connection to the dream.
If you can control it, you can change it. If you can change it, you can make anything happen! Look at yourself, your words and your surroundings. Do they align with your goals?
You will see how both Holly (optimistic) and Shane (pessimistic) tap into their subconscious, use a creative imagination and will power to take control of their future.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to this weeks episode. This week we disucess one of the most important things you can learn in life . . . that nothing is personal. Humans are a mirror, we refelct what we feel deep down inside our subconscious. Sitting in silence is how we can grasp this understanding. And a lot of Shane being inappropriate this week. All that and more!
