Should corporations always look for startups when they want to innovate? How to make the decision, from a corporation perspective? And if the decision should be to collaborate with startups, how to decide on a model? On this subject, we talked with Anja Nakarada Pecujlic, Founder and CEO of Serbian Case for Space Foundation.

Anja, as long as she can remember, was fascinated with stars and planets and dreamed about the idea that one day she could become an astronaut and travel "up there". However, her life routed her to become a lawyer.

By a very coincidental chain of events, in her third year of law studies, she took an elective course "Space Law" just because of some extra points and was absolutely blown away by how interesting it was.

Now, 6 years later – she is finishing her PhD in space law, and she is even more appreciative of space technology as it is not only for exploring the unknown but it can also help solve numerous problems on Earth.
