We discussed with Mladen Subasic how to approach innovation in industries that are by default hevy traditional, and we talked about the Insurance industry in particular.

Mladen is Head of product and innovation at OIP Robotics, a business technology company serving the insurance area. Mladen started pretty interestingly. He graduated as a major of Political Sciences and started his career as a behavioural researcher and published studies on topics such as mass behaviour.
