Enacting the FAIRtax will put a lot of complex variables into play in the US economy. With inflation at its highest level in 40 years, CPA Jade Walle looks at some of these factors with an eye towards how the FAIRtax would be a better hedge against inflation than the current income tax system.

There is another new study out on tax evasion. Not surprisingly, it finds that a consumption tax like the FAIRtax is much harder to evade than the current income tax.
