Creativity & imagination come into play as I suggest various art forms to explore when working with your Chakras. These can be used alongside journaling, if you so desire.

Here, I explain Body Mapping Your Chakras to explore your own unconsciousness for what may be empowering or draining you at each Chakra.

You might want to consider the Colors of Food, Clothing, Jewelry, Makeup (or even Nail Polish) to enhance your focus with a Chakra that needs some extra TLC.

The Art of Sound is a powerful tool when balancing your Chakras - be it by toning, singing, working with Tibetan Singing Bowls, or Crystal Chakra Bowls. 

Across Indian traditions there are symbols associated with each Chakra. Perhaps you would like to print and color them in?

Some people see Chakras as colors (in line with the rainbow) - some see them as white light.  What do you see?  

Initially, I see them as white light and then have to "intend" to see their vibrational strength as an associated color before it is revealed to my clairvoyant eye.  Kind of like how a doctor looks at you, then checks your pulse.  I see in layers of awareness.  (It's how I maintain my energetic boundaries and soul sense abilities to my needs in each situation.)
